Is Wawa Catering available to me?

Wawa Catering is currently available in select areas of Philadelphia. Please check our website regularly as the service area will continue to expand.  

What are Wawa Catering’s hours of operation?

Wawa Catering is available for delivery 7 days a week from 6:00 am – 7:00 pm. For special requests or orders outside of the hours of operation, please Email Us or call 855-WAWA-2GO.

Can I have my Wawa Catering order delivered?

Yes. If you are in the service area we will deliver it to your home or office.

Can I track my delivery order?

Yes. If your catering order is being delivered, you can choose to receive order tracking updates via text message.

Can I pick up the catering order myself?

Yes. The Wawa Catering Kitchen is located at 1300 Chestnut St. Philadelphia, PA 19107.

Can I get help setting up my order upon delivery?

Yes.  Although our menu is designed for a quick drop-off, we’d be more than happy to assist you.  Please call us at 855-WAWA-2GO for assistance.

What are some of the benefits of signing up for Wawa Catering?

What are the service fees for Wawa Catering?

If you are getting your order delivered, a service fee charge of 15% will be applied, which is inclusive of all fees.  The maximum service fee will not exceed $25.

Do I need to tip the driver?

No.  Wawa associates do not accept gratuity.

Is there a minimum amount needed to place an order?

Yes. We have a $49.99 food and beverage order minimum. 

How can I pay for my order?

Wawa Catering accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You can also apply for a house account by submitting the following application to catering@wawa.com. You will be contacted within 10 business days on the status of the application.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there are any issues with your order, please Email Us or call 855-WAWA-2GO.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by calling 855-WAWA-2GO.  Please refer to our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions.

When do I need to place my order?

To ensure quality and freshness, Wawa requires that you place your order online by 2 pm the day before your event.  For orders placed after 2 pm or same day orders, please contact us at 855-WAWA-2GO and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do I have the option of reordering a previous order?

Yes.  If you signed up for a Wawa Catering account, you will have the ability to reorder your past orders in the Orders History section of your account.  You can also contact us at 855-WAWA-2GO to assist you.

Does Wawa provide plates and utensils for the order?

Yes. Wawa will provide plates, utensils and napkins for your event.

Can I edit an order online once it is placed?

No. You are unable to edit an order online.  If you need assistance with an order that is already placed, please call 855-WAWA-2GO.

What is included in a hot bar set up?

When you order a hot bar you will receive metal stands, foil pans, serving utensils, and sternos.  The food will arrive hot and ready to serve.  

Can I deactivate my catering account?

Yes, you can deactivate your catering account at any time by calling 855-WAWA-2GO.
